Black Mountain Collision provides such great customer service. I had gone in to get my 2006 Honda Accord rear bumper repaired after a truck backed into it when I was parked. The insurance company didn't want to provide an OEM Honda bumper. I spoke with Ricardo after going back and forth with the insurance company and he told me they would make it happen for me. SO nice and unexpected on their part. He showed me the OEM part before they put it on my car. 

They were also super quick! I dropped it off after work on Wednesday, and got it back Friday afternoon with a nice car wash. They even buffed out my headlights and some other scratches on my car. I would definitely come here again if I need to!

Fastest and easiest process ever! They have an app and they take pictures/scan your information! You'll be in and out without any hassle of paperwork! They called me for updates, the car was ready in time, and they matched my paint color perfectly. In the sun and in the shade! Hard to do with my metallic color!
